As a recruiter, I met so many wonderful people who I couldn’t hire because they interviewed poorly. Seeing this happen again and again motivated me to create Rock and Secure. Learning interview skills at the early stages of your career is critical to your overall career success.
Beyond my experience as a recruiter, I also have a master’s degree in organizational psychology. That said, I have both the experience and formal education needed to be a coach - but what makes me an amazing coach is my passion and dedication. I take pride in being someone who is easy to talk to and understanding. I’m sure you’ll see this in me when we start working together. I can’t wait to meet you.
